Do we ship worldwide?

What's the processing time for orders?
Typically, we aim to process orders within 24 to 72 hours, Monday through Saturday. Please bear in mind that we do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays.
What about delivery times?
Delivery times vary based on location:
- USA and Canada: 3-14 days
- Australia, NZ & Oceania: 8-15 days
- Europe & UK: 8-15 days
- Latin America: 9-16 days
- Other countries: 11-20 days Please note that delivery times may fluctuate depending on product availability. If the item is in stock at our warehouse, you can expect a quicker delivery within 3-7 days. However, if it's out of stock, delivery may take up to 20 days as we replenish our inventory.
Actual delivery times are subject to the official website/notice of the local courier and may be impacted by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your items are shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number. If you haven't received it or if the tracking number isn't functioning, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support for assistance.

Do I need to worry about customs charges?
While it's rare, international orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs charges upon arrival. Should this occur, it's your responsibility to cover these charges. We recommend checking with your local authorities regarding any potential import charges before placing an order.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
We strongly advise double-checking your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, promptly contact our Customer Service Team at hello@trywaterspirit.com. While we're not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout, we'll do our best to assist you. In cases where the error is on our end, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you can't locate your package, start by checking your surroundings and contacting neighbors in case it was misdelivered. Allow 1-2 business days to see if the carrier redelivers the package. If it remains missing, contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking information. Once you've filed a claim, inform us via email at hello@trywaterspirit.com with the response from your local courier for further assistance.
Please note that we're not liable for lost or stolen packages once they've been confirmed as delivered to the address provided. For added security, we recommend opting for expedited and insured shipping options, which include a free replacement for stolen parcels.
If an item is deemed lost in transit due to a lack of tracking updates for 25 days, please contact us at hello@trywaterspirit.com to arrange for a replacement.
